The staff here were attentive, and the location is gorgeous and conveniently close to South Beach's nightlife, plus it's near Miami where the sun sets behind nearby buildings and a waterfall.

The hotel is spotless with private parking, making it easy to come and go. The location is ideal, nestled in a lovely building close to Aventura Mall and a variety of restaurants. I loved the property and will definitely be back for another visit.

My husband and I had a great stay at Marenas Beach Resort. Everything at the resort was brand-new. The location in a nice area was perfect. We had a wonderful time at Marenas Beach Resort, where we enjoyed the brand-new amenities and the fantastic location in a lovely area.

The hotel was an ideal base for exploring Sunny Isles Beach. Really enjoyed the property's incredible staff with their spectacular customer service. The food was great with a huge variety of dishes on the menu.

The hotel staff at this beachfront resort were amazing! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The front desk staff was terrific and even approved a late check-out request, which was important for our trip. They spoiled us on our wedding anniversary with special surprises like a bottle of champagne upon arrival and rose petals on a beach bed. The pool manager even made special arrangements for us at the beach with champagne and a cold cut platter. The location of the hotel was also great, being close to the beach, mall, and restaurants. By 2 pm, the beach was completely shaded, providing a comfortable place to relax. Thank you to the hotel staff for everything!

Nothing, all aspects of this hotel were excellent.

Ocean view room was only parshal ocean view.Our window was facing roofs of other motels!!!! Be careful!!!! We had to pay additional money to get actual ocean view. Manager was not helpfully at all and argued with us the whole time. Also nobody at the front desk will say hello when you enter or leave building .... Everybody keeps heads into computers. Spa was under construction ...I called customer service and nobody pick up a phone ....it was no customer service...

Excellent room with sea view, very comfortable, beautiful view, very good attention from the cleaning staff. It was very nice the staff in general. Very nice the valet parking guys.

I had booked a room according to what I saw in the photos and it looked very good, but I was surprised to find that it didn't have a microwave or a fridge. I asked and never got an answer, so I figured I did since I was at the Newport in 2017 and being of lower status in terms of stars, those elements were available. Of course, there was nothing like it with a kitchen. We had to pay 1300 dollars more to access something useful and I thought that the final price included the 20 dollars a day for the pool service. beach, gym, etc. We really ended up spending much more than we had calculated. I think you should make things clear so that we guests don't have unpleasant surprises when we thought everything was ok.

Our room was top-notch and well-maintained, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
